UPSC Recruitment 2018 –Indian Forest Service Exam- Last date: March 6, 2018
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has given an employment
notification for the recruitment of 110 Indian Forest Service Exam 2018
vacancies on permanent basis. Eligible candidates can apply Online from
07-02-2018 to 06-03-2018 till 18:00 hrs.

Forest Service Exam
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 21-32 years as on 01-08-2018 (i.e. he
must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1986 and not later than 1st
August, 1997). Age relaxation is applicable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years
for OBC candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor
degree with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry &
Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics,
Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in
Engineering of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or
State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an
Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of
the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent
qualification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on
written test & interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- either
by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking
facility of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit
card. no fee for Female/ SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
